How to use Daclatasvir
The recommended regimen and duration of treatment based on the Daclatasvir regimen include:
For cirrhosis-free HCV genotype 1 or 4 patients: dacarbaprexafilopril treatment for 12 weeks. For patients who have undergone treatment with NS3 / 4A protease inhibitors, consider prolonging treatment to 24 weeks.
For patients with compensatory cirrhosis of the genotype 1 or 4 patients: Daclatasvirvacaprevir treatment for 24 weeks. For patients who had not previously treated, had cirrhosis and positive prognostic factors, IL28B CC genotype and / or baseline viral load were considered to shorten the treatment to 12 weeks. For patients with very advanced liver disease or other negative prognostic factors such as previous treatment experience, consider adding ribavirin treatment.
For patients with genotype 3 with compensatory cirrhosis and / or treatment experience: Daclatasvir plus caffevir combined with ribavirin for 24 weeks.
For genotype 4 patients: Daclatasvir treatment for 24 weeks plus pegylated interferon alpha and ribavirin for 24 to 48 weeks. If the patient's HCV RNA is not available at 4 and 12 weeks of treatment, all three drugs should be treated for 24 weeks. If the patient fails to reach HCV RNA, but not at 4 weeks and 12 weeks of treatment, the use of dacarbazide, pegylated interferon alpha and ribavirin should be discontinued for 48 weeks at 24 weeks Total duration.
